*All of the sublimation mugs are safe to be used in a dishwasher however we do recommend hand washing to prolong the longevity of any designs.
Note: 2nd Class ship is available only for 2, 4Â Mugs. For orders from 10 mugs and over the shipping method will be “Other 24-hour courier”. If you place an order over 6 mugs to be shipped to Scotland or North of Ireland contact me first to calculate the shipping. The customer needs to pay 50% of the shipping price separately.

1. Buy and pay for your mug/mugs
2. Send the photo/photos, logo/logos, or text/text via messages or e-mail.
Please, be sure about the image or photo you choose because that image/photo needs to fit in the printable area is 20 cm x 9 cm of the mug.
Also, be sure about the spelling of your text. Once you send the custom design and is printed I am unable to amend the mug.
The edition or design of the artwork is not included in the mug printing service.
3. You will receive a confirmation message of the reception of your design.
