If you order 90 to 200 mugs I will dispatch them within 12 working days.

*All of the mugs are dishwasher safe, however, high temperatures can have an adverse effect on any designs sublimated onto mugs, therefore, I do recommend hand washing to prolong the longevity of any designs.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO ORDER:

1. Buy and pay for your mug/mugs

2. Send the photo/photos, logo/logos or artwork, or text/text via the checkout process. Make sure that the artwork is not blurred and with a resolution between 250 and 300 dpi. For the photo/photos, logo/logos, or artwork, upload the file or files during the checkout process. The printable area is 20 cm x 9 cm. Check the spelling on any image or text you want to be printed. State if you want the mug to be printed on both sides or with your image or text wrapped around the mug. The edition or design of the artwork is not included in the mugs. Once your mug is printed, I am unable to amend it. So, is very important that you clarify everything in order to avoid any delay in the shipping of the mug/mugs

3. You will receive a confirmation message of the reception of your design.
